SB 5520 - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Provides that, whenever a permanency plan identifies independent living as a goal for a child sixteen years or older, the plan must also specifically identify the services that will be provided to assist the child to make a successful transition from foster care to independent living.
