(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Authorizes the appointment of additional judges for excess caseload or special set cases.

     Authorizes the appointment when the judge is involved in administrative, educational, or judicial functions.

     Declares that the appointment is subject to an appropriation by the county legislative authority.

     Authorizes the judges of the city to appoint one or more municipal court commissioners.

     Requires the commissioners to be an attorney and a registered voter of the city.
