SB 5523 - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Provides that costs of incarceration imposed on a defendant may not exceed fifty dollars per day of incarceration.

     Directs the funds to be remitted to the county or city for criminal justice purposes.

     Repeals RCW 10.64.130.
