SB 5532 - DIGEST

     Authorizes two persons of the opposite sex to enter into a written marriage contract providing that the marital relationship will not be dissolved except upon a showing by a preponderance of the evidence by one party of the fault of the other party that constitutes grounds for dissolution.

     Designates grounds for legal proceedings to find one party at fault for the purposes of dissolving the marriage.
