     Authorizes the secretary to revoke for eight years the license of a massage practitioner who has been convicted of prostitution.

     Authorizes the revocation even if the conviction is on appeal.

     Reinstates the license if the conviction is overturned.

     Prohibits the issuance of a license to any person convicted of a prostitution offense within the previous eight years.
