     Encourages greater flexibility and access to undergraduate degree programs for the working adult population.

     Provides access to higher education on a pilot project basis in Clark county beginning in the fall term of 1995.

     Requires an evaluation of the project and a report by December 1, 1997.

     Makes an appropriation of two hundred thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
