SB 5599 - DIGEST

     Includes the designated devices in the definition of "to manufacture" for the purposes of chapter 82.04 RCW.

     Exempts the designated devices from taxation under chapter 82.08 and 82.12 RCW.

     Exempts hearing aids from the taxation as well.
