SB 5661 - DIGEST

     Declares an intent to protect and assure the health and safety of child workers by imposing significant civil penalties and criminal liability on employers who violate the state's child labor laws.

     Requires each minor employee to be provided with a copy of a "Child Worker's Bill of Rights" at the time of employment.
