     Provides that "acting in the course of employment" does not include an employee's participation in social activities, recreational or athletic activities, events or competitions, and parties or picnics, unless the employee was ordered to participate by the employer.

     Provides that physical training during working hours by fire fighters and law enforcement officers is "acting in the course of employment."
