     Creates a rebuttable assumption that the court shall restrain the parent from contact with a child when the parent has been convicted as an adult of a sex offense under RCW 9A.64.020(1) or (2), 9A.44.073, 9A.44.076, 9A.44.079, 9A.44.083, 9A.44.086, and 9A.44.100.

     Specifies conditions for an order for supervised or unsupervised visitation times.
