SB 5683 - DIGEST

     Directs the higher education coordinating board to evaluate the postsecondary education needs of the Snohomish, Island, and Skagit county area and provide recommendations concerning the preferred organizational model.

     Makes an appropriation of two hundred fifty thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
