(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Provides for an interagency agreement to ensure the coordination of identification, evaluation, and service delivery programs for children who have fetal alcohol syndrome, and for women who are at high risk of having children with fetal alcohol syndrome.

     Creates a screening and assessment program for children who may be affected by fetal alcohol syndrome.

     Provides that the act shall be null and void if appropriations are not approved.
