SB 5717 - DIGEST

     Revises provisions of chapter 19.138 RCW to clarify the registration requirements for sellers of travel.

     Creates the registered sellers of travel recovery account and designates the deposit of fees to fund the account.

     Authorizes persons aggrieved by an act of a seller of travel to recover from the account.

     Provides for revocation of seller of travel registration.

     Repeals RCW 19.138.055.
