SB 5761 - DIGEST

     Seeks to protect the citizens who purchase construction services and the economic welfare of contractors by providing swift and meaningful remedies for those failing to register as required by chapter 18.27 RCW.

     Requires the regulations to be strictly enforced.

     Repeals RCW 18.27.140.
