SB 5793 - DIGEST

     Establishes the program for participants who have not secured permanent employment during the first two years of the job opportunities and basic skills training program.

     Requires participation in the community work experience program for one year as a condition of eligibility for aid to families with dependent children benefits.

     Designates the parameters of the community work experience program.
