SB 5831-S.E - DIGEST

     Authorizes the impoundment when twelve or more parking violations have been issued by a city or town.

     Requires the impoundment to be performed at the registered owner's listed address.

     Requires prior notice of impoundment to the owner.

     Authorizes release of the vehicle when proof of payment of the tickets, towing, storage, or any other charge is provided.
