SB 5866 - DIGEST

     Creates the K-12 learning technologies grant program.

     Makes an appropriation of twenty-six million three hundred thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.

     Repeals section 3, chapter 245, Laws of 1994, and section 704, chapter 336, Laws of 1993.
