     Authorizes the governing body of a city or county to impose an additional sales and use tax of 0.1 percent.

     Requires the taxes collected to be used for the purposes authorized by RCW 67.28.210, for convention center facilities, or for a major league baseball stadium.

     Requires approval by the voters.
