SB 5934 - DIGEST

     Provides that the schedule of days for the school year, including program and instructional hour offerings, that the school district establishes for students shall be employee work days and shall not be a subject of bargaining.

     Authorizes the work days beyond those scheduled for student attendance to be a subject of bargaining.
