(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Revises RCW 36.18.190 relating to collection of unpaid court-ordered legal financial obligations for felony or misdemeanor convictions.

     Authorizes the court to require the payment of collection costs by a defendant.

     Encourages the court to initiate collection actions for payment of legal obligations.
