     Requires the dairy inspection program advisory committee to develop a proposal to impose a civil penalty for violations of the pasteurized milk ordinance.

     Requires the recommendations by December 15, 1995.

     Revises RCW 15.36.121 relating to serving sizes for milk consumed on the premises.
