SB 5963 - DIGEST

     Allows employees who separate from state service to receive payment for accrued leave for illness or injury if they have thirty years of service, twenty-five years of service at age fifty-five, or five years of service at age sixty.

     Authorizes one day's compensation for each four full days accrued leave.
