     Establishes a health care professional information data system.

     Transfers the implementation of the state-wide nursing plan to the higher education coordinating board.

     Directs the department of health to cease its work on "Health Care Workforce 2000."

     Repeals RCW 28B.125.005 and 28B.125.010.
