SB 6021 - DIGEST

     Requires health care entities to keep readily available a suitable record of drugs, which shall preserve for a period of not less than two years the record of every drug used at such health care entity.

     Requires health care entities to comply with all state and federal laws and rules relating to the dispensing of drugs and the practice of pharmacy.
