SB 6025 - DIGEST

     Declares that persons who are victimized by a violation of the state Constitution should be eligible for all remedies.

     Provides broader, and no fewer, remedies than those available under comparable federal civil rights statutes.

     Allows reasonable attorneys' fees to a prevailing party.
