SB 6039 - DIGEST

     Designates requirements which a claimant's attorney must comply with when filing an action for damages arising out of the professional negligence of a person licensed under Title 18 RCW.

     Limits ex parte contact between a claimant, the claimant's attorney, and the health care provider.

     Requires the maintenance of a minimum level of malpractice insurance.
