SB 6052 - DIGEST

     Authorizes the issuance of one hundred million dollars of general obligation bonds to construct a toll bridge across the Columbia river in the vicinity of Longview and to demolish the existing Lewis and Clark bridge.

     Designates procedures for determining the toll charges.

     Provides for an interstate agreement with Oregon to construct and operate the bridge.
