(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Creates the county public health account.

     Designates the distribution of funds from the account to be used solely for local public health purposes.

     Revises RCW 82.44.110 relating to the distribution of funds from the motor vehicle excise tax for public health purposes.

     Takes effect January 1, 1996.
