SB 6071 - DIGEST

     Provides that no person may practice clinical laboratory science unless licensed as required by the act.

     Designates some exemptions from the license requirement.

     Establishes a clinical laboratory board to administer the act.

     Establishes a schedule of fees for license and certificate applications and renewals.

     Designates standards for licensure.

     Provides disciplinary procedures.
