SB 6102 - DIGEST

     Revises RCW 10.88.330 to include United States forest service and national park service officers with authority to arrest without a warrant.

     Requires the officers to receive proper training.

     Requires a written agreement with the sheriff of the county in which a federal officer may make a warrantless arrest.
