(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Provides that malicious mischief in the third degree, as defined in RCW 9A.48.090, is a gross misdemeanor offense.

     Provides that a parent of a minor child under eighteen who maliciously defaces a property is liable for damages up to five thousand dollars.
