SB 6127 - DIGEST

     Prohibits a city, town, or county from requiring the dedication of a portion of the property for which a short plat approval is sought for the purpose of open space, greenbelt, buffer zone, future road, bicycle path, or pedestrian way unless the owner is paid the fair market value for such dedication.
