SB 6131 - DIGEST

     Provides that "coerced" means that coercion as defined in RCW 9A.36.070.

     Provides that "sexually explicit conduct" has the same meaning as in RCW 9.68A.011.

     Authorizes a cause of action against any person who coerces another person into a performance, and specifies the penalties for such coercion.
