SB 6148 - DIGEST

     Directs the board to prepare a listing of aquaculture assets that must include an analysis of at least ten terminal areas that are recommended for development.

     Requires the development of a schedule for reduced aquatic land lease rates for aquaculture projects that produce a public benefit.

     Makes an appropriation of twenty thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
