     Authorizes the department of corrections to intercept, record, and divulge electronically monitored inmate conversations in inmate living units, cells, rooms, dormitories, and common space.

     Requires the inmates to be notified in writing of the policy ninety days prior to implementation.

     Requires notification to visitors and staff.
