     Revises provisions of chapter 46.70 RCW relating to the regulation of motor vehicle dealers.

     Appoints a committee to determine whether motor vehicle dealers are being provided with accurate and timely excise tax schedules and information to facilitate the collection of the vehicle excise tax.
