(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Revises RCW 10.05.020 to clarify the waiver of jury trial rights upon acceptance of a deferred prosecution.

     Pertains to the waiver of the right to testify, to a speedy trial, to call witnesses, and to present evidence.

     Requires the defendant to stipulate to the admissibility of the police report and to the sufficiency of the report to establish guilt.
