(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Declares that a sexual assault advocate, as defined by RCW 70.125.030, may not, without the consent of the victim, be examined as to any communication made by the victim to the personal representative.

     Provides an exemption if the victim or another is in danger of injury or death.
