     Authorizes the department to issue an order and notice of assessment specifying the amount due, including interest, to be remitted when an overpayment of benefits is discovered.

     Establishes a judicial procedure to enforce the repayment of benefits.

     Authorizes the department to issue subpoenas to obtain information necessary to reach a determination.

     Designates the circumstances when repayment is not required.
