     Specifies the types of activities the probation officers may undertake relating to misdemeanants referred to their department.

     Increases the monthly assessment upon a misdemeanant from fifty to one hundred dollars.

     Directs the office of the administrator for the courts to determine the minimum qualifications for probation officers.
