SB 6208 - DIGEST

     Specifies the types of activities the probation officers may undertake relating to misdemeanants referred to their department.

     Increases the monthly assessment upon a misdemeanant from fifty to one hundred dollars.

     Authorizes a waiver of the bachelor's degree requirement for probation officers of a municipal or district court before July 1, 1996.
