(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Prohibits the sale of an unsafe crib which fails to meet the standards listed in the act.

     Provides a misdemeanor offense for violations of the act after January 1, 1997.

     Authorizes injunctions against the sale of unsafe cribs.

     Does not apply to hotels, motels, or child care facilities until January 1, 1999.
