SB 6240 - DIGEST

     Requires all state-purchased health care that provides hospital, medical, or surgical coverage to include coverage for qualified individuals for services related to the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of osteoporosis.

     Applies the same requirement to insurers, group contracts, health service contractors, and health maintenance organizations.
