     Provides for the establishment of the membership of community child death review teams for the purpose of reviewing unexpected deaths of children in the care of DSHS.

     Requires a report to the legislature on child deaths by DSHS and DOH.

     Does not apply to cases involving stillborn infants in hospitals, nor to predischarge deaths of infants delivered in neonatal intensive care units in hospitals.
