(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Provides that any line or disputed corner or boundary may be determined and permanently established by written agreement of all affected parties.

     Establishes procedures for a civil action to determine the boundaries.

     Authorizes the courts to encourage the use of mediation to resolve the disputes.

     Provides for the recording of a final determination of an action.

     Provides that an intentional disturbance of a survey mark is a gross misdemeanor offense.

     Authorizes surveyors to enter upon any land or water to perform their duties without liability for trespass.

     Repeals RCW 58.04.010.
