     Requires school employees with regularly scheduled unsupervised access to children to undergo record checks.

     Establishes factors to be considered by an employer if the records check indicates the employee has committed a crime.

     Provides for appeals from a dismissal from employment.

     Limits the access to the information gained from record checks.

     Makes an appropriation of two million dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
