SB 6278 - DIGEST

     Declares an intent to provide a mechanism to insure the availability of affordable private health insurance to persons through the reinsurance of individual health plans offering at least the level of benefits of the state basic health plan.

     Specifies the operation of the state health reinsurance pool.

     Repeals RCW 48.41.140 and 48.41.160.
