     Provides that no driver's license is required for operation of an electric-assisted bicycle if the operator is at least sixteen years of age.

     Does not require a moped registration.

     Approves the use of a protective bicycle helmet instead of a motorcycle helmet.

     Authorizes operation on a bicycle path.
