SB 6361 - DIGEST

     Provides that two times a year, each school shall convene an evening meeting to allow parents to inspect and review the curriculum materials being used.

     Authorizes parents to immediately seek an injunction in court if the curriculum violates state or federal laws, rules, or regulations.

     Requires that districts shall pay attorneys' fees if a parent  prevails.

     Provides that if the district violates the injunction it shall be fined one thousand dollars per day for each violation.
