SB 6392-S.E - DIGEST

(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Requires each health maintenance organization and health care service contractor that offers a health care plan to the public after December 31, 1996, to provide disclosure information as specified by the act.

     Provides civil liability immunity for information furnished by a carrier in good faith.

     Prohibits the insurance commissioner from adopting rules relating to the act.
